Job summary

One Vogue Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Export Operations Executive - Air Freight to coordinate daily export shipments, liaise with customers, airlines and internal teams, and ensure smooth operations from initiation to delivery.

You will handle airfreight bookings, prepare AWBs, manage shipment documentation, monitor progress and provide timely updates. Training is provided and candidates with relevant export operations experience have an advantage.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in export operations, airfreight or freight forwarding is an added advantage.
• Familiar with airfreight procedures, airline bookings and shipping documentation.
• Willing to learn, Training is Provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily export shipments and liaise with customers, airlines, agents and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Arrange airfreight bookings with airlines and assist with the preparation and processing of Air Waybills (AWB).
• Handle shipment orders, export documentation and related shipping arrangements.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers and overseas agents.
• Assist with shipment preparation, including inventory updates, picking and packing when required.
• Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up on shipment requirements.
• Prepare invoices, verify vendor bills and assist with shipment costing and billing matters.
• Maintain proper shipment records and documentation, and perform other operational duties as assigned.

5.5 days (Monday - Friday, Saturday Half day)
Location: Changi
Basic Salary: $2800 - $3000

• Coordinate daily export shipments and liaise with customers, airlines, agents and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
