Job summary

LEONG HUM ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is hiring a skilled air conditioning technician to install, inspect, maintain and repair a range of commercial and residential AC units.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, and carry out repairs such as compressor or fan coil motor replacements on customers’ premises, including chemical washes and general servicing. Installation or replacement of AC systems is also required.

Responsibilities

• Installs, inspects, maintains and repairs various brands of air conditioners (commercial and residential).
• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on AC systems.
• Diagnoses electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
• Repairs by replacing components like compressors and fan coil motors.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots faulty air-con systems and provides solutions.
• Servicing at customers' premises including chemical washes and overhauls.
• Installs or replaces air-con systems.

Job description

• Installs, inspects, maintains, and repairs various types and brand of all types of commercial & residential air conditioners.
• Performs regular preventive maintenance and corrective works on air conditioning system.
• Diagnoses electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
• Carries out repair works such as replacement of air con compressor, fan coil motors etc.
• To perform diagnosis/troubleshoot of faulty air-con systems and provide solutions.
• Perform servicing of air conditioning at customers’ residential and commercial premises that includes chemical washes, chemical overhauls, general maintenance services.
• To perform installation/replacement of air-con systems.
