Job summary

WENG HUAT ENGINEERING SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a service technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems for residential and commercial environments.

You will perform installing new air conditioning units, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and documentation of service logs, while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction. Training and PPE are provided to support your work on diverse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Installing new air conditioning units and systems to meet the needs of clients.
• Performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, adjusting, and refilling refrigerant levels.
• Diagnosing and repairing system malfunctions using testing equipment and technical manuals.
• Repairing or replacing defective components like compressors, capacitors, and thermostats.
• Communicating with customers to understand their concerns and providing appropriate solutions.
• Documenting all services performed, repairs made, and parts replaced in service logs.
• Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks, using PPE when handling refrigerants and other hazardous materials.
