Job summary

SINGAPORE BIKEN PTE. LTD. is looking for an air conditioning technician to install, inspect, maintain, and repair various brands of air conditioning systems in commercial and residential settings.

Responsibilities include diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, servicing on-site at customers' premises (including chemical washes), and carrying out installations or replacements as required.

Responsibilities

• Installs, inspects, maintains, and repairs various types and brands of air conditioners for commercial and residential properties.
• Performs regular preventive maintenance and corrective works on air conditioning systems.
• Diagnoses electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
• Replaces components such as air con compressors and fan coil motors as needed.
• Troubleshoots faulty air-con systems and provides effective solutions.
• Performs servicing at customers' premises, including chemical washes, chemical overhauls and general maintenance.
