Job summary

SAYOWN BIZZ MANAGEMENTS PTE. LTD. is looking for an air conditioning service technician in Singapore to install, maintain and repair cooling, heating and ventilation systems. You will ensure safe, efficient operation across commercial environments and collaborate with clients and contractors.

The role involves inspecting components, testing circuits, and supervising routine O&M tasks, while ensuring compliance with local safety standards and delivering reliable service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair cooling, heating, and ventilation systems to keep them running safely and efficiently
• Clean filters and cooling coils, clear drain lines, and check refrigerant levels to save energy and improve air quality
• Test electrical circuits and mechanical parts to find root causes of system failures and replace faulty components
• Mount indoor and outdoor units, connect copper piping, and wire controls per blueprints
• Perform pressure and leak tests, run startup procedures, and ensure compliance with local codes
• Plan, schedule, and supervise contractors on daily and routine O&M works and troubleshooting
• Handle assignments from management and communicate with clients and customers
• Perform routine maintenance as part of ongoing service
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction

Job Responsibilities

• An air conditioning service technician installs, maintains, and repairs cooling, heating, and ventilation systems to keep them running safely and efficiently
• Clean filters and cooling coils, clear drain lines, and check refrigerant levels to improve air quality and save energy
• Test electrical circuits and mechanical parts to find root causes of system failures, then replace faulty components
• Mount new indoor and outdoor units, connect copper piping, and wire electrical controls according to blueprints
• Perform pressure and leak tests, run startup procedures, and ensure all work complies with local building and safety codes
• Plan, schedule, execute and supervise contractors on the daily routine and non-routine O&M works and troubleshooting, as assigned
• Any assignment/activity/work tasked by the management.
