Responsibilities

• Installing new air conditioning units and systems to meet client needs.
• Performing routine maintenance: cleaning, adjusting, and refilling refrigerant levels.
• Diagnosing and repairing system malfunctions using testing equipment and manuals.
• Repairing or replacing defective components like compressors, capacitors, and thermostats.
• Communicating with customers to understand concerns and provide solutions.
• Documenting all services performed, repairs made, and parts replaced in logs.
• Adhering to safety protocols and using PPE when handling refrigerants and hazardous materials.
