Job summary

Bloomberg seeks an AIM Enterprise Relationship Support Representative in Singapore. This client-facing role liaises with portfolio managers, traders, risk and performance analysts, and back/middle-office professionals to deliver premium service and trusted guidance.

You will build deep knowledge of AIM offerings, monitor integrations and feeds, document client workflows, and act as a trusted adviser through the service cycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of client facing experience in Financial Services and/or a Financial Technology company.
• Previous experience supporting an OMS or other electronic trading systems.
• Experience working with pre-trade, at-trade, or post-trade buy-side workflows.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate problems and provide solutions.
• Ownership mindset with ability to take responsibility for client questions through to resolution.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of AIM offerings to deliver premium service to Bloomberg’s strategic clients.
• Provide operational support on AIM functionality, integrations, and feeds with proactive client communication.
• Identify and escalate systemic issues, representing client impact internally.
• Maintain client workflow diagrams and runbooks documenting critical system workflows and integrations.
• Provide guidance on optimizing system performance and deliver service reviews to executive stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client technology and business stakeholders as the point of contact for production support.
