Job summary

State Street is seeking a dedicated professional in Singapore to provide the highest level of client service to Clients' / Investment Managers’ Operation teams in Asia. You will manage internal and external inquiries, respond to trade, cash, corporate events, and market practice questions, and coordinate with State Street offices for timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma holder with minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in financial operations / custody services
• Good knowledge of equities and bond settlement in Asian markets; portfolio valuation and corporate actions

Responsibilities

• Resolution of all types of queries raised by Client / Investment Manager operations teams
• Build strong working relationships with global Client / Investment Manager operations teams
• Provide accurate and timely responses to queries raised by client/Investment Manager operations teams
• Research using internal and external sources to respond and resolve inquiries
• Liaise and maintain effective communications with internal and external contacts
• Identify issues and elevate to appropriate parties for resolution
• Perform operational tasks as necessary
• Work with moderate guidance and be accountable for individual and team results
