The Marketing & Client Relations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This position involves supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns, managing client communications, and coordinating outreach activities to enhance brand visibility and client engagement. The associate will assist in preparing marketing materials, organising events or seminars, and maintaining client databases and records. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client inquiries, scheduling meetings, following up on client feedback, and working closely with advisors and internal teams to ensure a positive client experience. The role also involves tracking marketing performance metrics, contributing ideas to improve campaigns, and ensuring that all communications align with regulatory guidelines and company standards.
Selected candidates will be required to undergo and pass the relevant Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) licensing examinations as part of the regulatory requirements for the role.
