Job summary

Certis Corporate University is seeking a Senior Manager, Institute for Technology Learning (ITL) to shape Certis' AI capability strategy across the workforce. You will bridge technology and people, design AI learning roadmaps, and build strategic partnerships to foster AI fluency and adoption.

The role requires leading cross-functional efforts, developing learning programmes, and driving innovation in AI-enabled workforce development across Certis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI, digital transformation, workforce transformation, or related fields.
• Experience designing enterprise-wide capability frameworks or competency models.
• Experience managing strategic partnerships with universities, technology providers, government agencies, or industry partners.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, publications, research papers, or thought leadership content is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine Certis' AI workforce AI fluency and capability framework.
• Design AI fluency, upskilling, and reskilling pathways tailored to different workforce personas and leadership levels.
• Identify emerging AI skills and workforce implications, translating these into actionable learning interventions and workforce development plans.
• Establish capability measurement frameworks to track AI readiness, adoption, and workforce impact.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with technology providers, AI practitioners, local and global universities, research institutions, consulting firms, government agencies, and industry bodies.
• Lead the design and curation of AI learning programmes, academies, certifications, workshops, and experiential learning initiatives.
• Grow the Certis AI Community of Practice (CoP) to enable social learning and peer knowledge-sharing, building a pipe-line of AI practitioners and AI Champions.
