Job summary

Certis is seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager, Development to lead technology-driven transformation within Certis Land Security. You will drive digitalisation, automation, and integrated solutions across operations, partnering with stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and service quality.

You will oversee development projects, analytics, and reporting, while evaluating new technologies and ensuring cybersecurity and governance compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, SE, IS, CE, data science, or related field.
• At least 5 years in software development, systems implementation, digital transformation, or tech project management.
• Experience with databases, system integrations, APIs, and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with AI, Power BI/Power Platform, cloud technologies, or automation platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology and digital transformation projects from concept to implementation.
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and implement tech solutions to boost productivity and service.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and vendors to deliver innovative solutions.
• Develop dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools for data-driven decisions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including AI, automation, and IoT.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive user adoption, training, and change management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and governance requirements.
• Perform admin duties, coordinate meetings, and minutes.
