Job summary

Skills and Workforce Development Agency seeks a Senior Manager to drive curriculum development and community engagement via CareersIgnite. You will lead design, integration of AI tools, and production of micro-learning content to uplift professional capabilities across a dynamic learning ecosystem.

You will manage multiple projects end-to-end, apply adult learning principles, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while fostering engaging digitally-enabled communities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in designing and implementing effective learning programmes with measurable learner outcomes.
• Experience in building online communities and digital engagement initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI applications in learning and development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and review training curriculum aligned with organisational objectives and industry trends.
• Integrate AI and innovative methodologies into curricula to create engaging e-learning environments.
• Develop micro-learning and digital content to support capability development.
