Job summary

SITLearn, the lifelong learning arm of the Singapore Institute of Technology, seeks a capable Programme Manager to lead the planning, governance, and delivery of AI training programmes. You will collaborate with academic, outreach, grantor, and corporate teams to ensure successful outcomes and timely risk management.

The role covers the full lifecycle from outreach and admissions to onboarding, delivery, learner progress, and reporting, with a focus on compliance and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of programme management or related experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage dependencies.
• Strong ownership, judgement, and problem-solving.
• Experience with progress updates, management reports, and dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organised with meticulous record-keeping and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic AI training programmes, ensuring milestones and learner outcomes are met.
• Prepare updates and reporting to grantors, senior management, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain governance, compliance, and risk management processes and identify issues early.
• Coordinate academic, operational, outreach, compliance, grantor, and partner workstreams to align teams.
• Oversee learner-facing processes: onboarding, schedules, platforms, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate outreach and learner recruitment with marketing, admissions, academic leads, and industry partners.
• Manage budgeting, billing, claims, procurement, and resource tracking with finance.
• Track programme performance indicators and drive improvements to quality and learner experience.
