Job summary

HTX is seeking a Lead Engineer (AI Training & Competency) to help design and deliver AI workforce capability-building initiatives for the Home Team. You will create learning content, digital experiences and competency frameworks, engaging agencies, industry partners and academia to stay ahead of AI developments.

You will translate evolving learning needs into scalable learning pathways, support Communities of Practice, and advocate responsible AI adoption through engaging training programmes for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in learning and development, instructional design, digital learning development, workforce capability development, or AI-related training programmes.
• Experience in developing competency frameworks, learning pathways and workforce capability-building initiatives.
• Experience in designing and developing digital learning experiences, including e-learning content, learning journeys and online learning resources.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver AI upskilling and reskilling initiatives across the Home Team.
• Create engaging digital learning experiences and learning pathways for scalable AI learning.
• Apply instructional design methodologies and blended learning approaches to develop learner-centric programmes.
• Translate AI capabilities into practical learning interventions to build awareness and proficiency.
• Contribute to AI competency frameworks, learning pathways and workforce development aligned with priorities.
