Job summary

NTU Singapore is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager, Educational Technology Solutions to lead design and deployment of AI-driven educational tools across the university. You will collaborate with educators and technologists to deliver scalable, secure software and innovative learning experiences.

The role requires backend development proficiency, cloud deployment experience, and hands-on work with AI APIs and agent frameworks to transform teaching and learning outcomes. Hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant technical discipline.
• 3+ years of backend software development in enterprise environments using Python or Java.
• Practical experience building applications with LLM APIs and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI agent frameworks and cloud deployments.
• Ability to collaborate with educators, technologists and university leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and deploy enterprise-grade software and AI-driven educational tools.
• Build secure integrations between learning management systems and enterprise databases.
• Develop AI tools and manage AI agent frameworks for educational assistants and workflow automation.
• Engage stakeholders, provide technical guidance, and enable faculty and students.
• Maintain comprehensive system architecture documentation and support continuity.
