Job summary

Shopee Singapore Private Limited is seeking a strategic Business Development professional to drive Singapore marketplace growth through new initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. You will analyze complex problems and develop scalable strategies across seller and platform needs.

Additionally, you will support AI capability building by identifying use cases, benchmarking, and delivering end-to-end projects with solid business cases for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s advantageous but not required.
• Minimum 2 years in management consulting, internal consulting, or strategy.
• Exposure to AI-related projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI, chatbots, or automation tools is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with cross-functional impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive Singapore e-commerce marketplace growth through new strategic initiatives.
• Support AI capability building by identifying use cases and improving workflows.
• Structure ambiguous business problems through sizing, benchmarking, and analysis.
• Deliver end-to-end strategic projects from development to realisation.
• Develop materials for senior stakeholders to support timely communication.
