Job summary

Salt is seeking a Partner Solutions Specialist for a 12-month extendable contract in Singapore to own the AI adoption agenda for a book of business and build client-level AI roadmaps. You will use AI tools in research, insight generation, deck drafting, QBR prep, and data interrogation to raise the bar for the wider team.

You will translate AI roadmaps into client-ready narratives, set realistic expectations on what AI can solve, including data readiness, privacy, and guardrails.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Solutions-related role driving client impact and revenue.
• Strong communication with a track record of presenting to senior management.
• Experience influencing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools in professional settings.
• Knowledge of SQL and Excel or relational databases.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI adoption agenda for the book of business; build and execute client-level AI roadmaps.
• Leverage AI tools in client research, insights, deck drafting, QBR prep and data interrogation.
• Translate AI roadmaps into client-ready narratives and set realistic expectations on AI impact.
• Deliver strategic road mapping and global plan implementation across client and agency relationships.
• Lead media best practices, strategy, and measurement learnings.
• Develop capability-building programs to enable regions and markets to scale AI adoption.
