Job summary

Selby Jennings is seeking an AI product and solution owner to collaboratively shape AI initiatives from discovery to production in a Singapore-based environment. You will translate business requirements into scalable AI designs, including model integration, retrieval architectures, APIs, data flows, and platform components.

You will own the technical and product direction, ensuring alignment with priorities, user needs, and engineering standards, while establishing production-readiness

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in software engineering, AI products, or technical product ownership.
• Strong backend and architecture knowledge across distributed systems, databases, APIs and cloud.
• Experience with LLM-based products, RAG solutions, or agent-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Shape AI solutions from discovery through implementation, launch and enhancement.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI designs covering models, data flows, APIs and storage.
• Own technical and product direction, aligning with business priorities and engineering standards.
• Establish production-readiness frameworks, guardrails, fallbacks and human review processes.
• Oversee AI products lifecycle including performance, monitoring, incidents, and continuous improvement.
