SYSTEXIA PTE. LTD. seeks an AI Business Solution Lead to drive growth in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and custom app development. You will lead conversations beyond off-the-shelf software, aligning AI-driven customization with each customer's unique workflow.

You will own the technical sales cycle, upsell across the Dynamics 365 suite, and collaborate with Noventiq CoE or partners to deliver high-impact artifacts and Demos that demonstrate ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales or consultative sales for CRM/ERP.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas in a cloud-first environment.
• Ability to articulate how AI/ML can improve business applications.
• Familiarity with the SDLC to brief development teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead Dynamics 365 & Power Platform sales as the primary technical lead.
• Drive AI-driven transformation conversations for process automation and insights.
• Identify opportunities to modernize apps and migrate to cloud architectures.
• Own the technical sales cycle from discovery to close, with quota responsibility.
• Bridge stakeholders and coordinate with internal teams and partners for feasibility.
• Design and present demos and formal proposals showing ROI of a modernized stack.
