West Sirius Industries is seeking a business transformation leader with strong AI capabilities to redesign workflows and implement practical AI solutions across Sales, Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations and HR.

The role focuses on measurable business improvements, not pure software engineering, and requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify slow, repetitive processes and automate them effectively.

Qualifications

• Around 6-10 years of experience in digital transformation, AI enablement, product operations, business process improvement, automation or technology consulting.
• Experience implementing AI or automation in real business workflows, not only running training or developing strategy decks.
• Strong ability to understand commercial and operational problems.
• Able to work with both business users and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify meaningful AI use cases with direct collaboration from business teams.
• Prioritise opportunities based on impact, effort, data readiness and adoption potential.
• Design, prototype and implement lightweight AI-enabled workflows using enterprise tools and APIs.
• Organise a searchable knowledge base with clear ownership and access controls.
• Drive adoption through practical training and role-specific templates; track usage and governance.
