PERSOL is seeking a hands-on technology professional to manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft 365 applications, web platforms, and system integrations. You will identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

You will work closely with business users and technology partners to improve operational efficiency, support digital transformation initiatives, and deliver practical solutions

Qualificações

• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Experience with Power Platform and automation tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and API/integration skills.
• Ability to drive AI-enabled process improvements.
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
