Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years' experience in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
5+ years' experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions.
5+ years' experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.

Responsibilities

Program Optimization - collaborate with GPS on partner and sales programs to maximize sales capabilities and drive pipeline health and management to Microsoft sales methodology standards.
Sales Execution - drive and guide consistent sales excellence discipline and governance across SMB and GPS; analyze and align impact on SMB business.
Sales Execution Transformation - land sales strategies, processes, and objectives aligned with Microsoft sales methodology standards to drive growth.
Pipeline Health and Management - support execution of predictable revenue and consumption growth by segment and aligned with Microsoft standards.
Planning Engagement - partner with segment SMB leads, Finance, BSO/SOPM on fiscal year planning workstreams requiring sales excellence support.
