Job summary

Mastercard in Asia Pacific seeks a Director to lead the commercialisation and regional deployment of AI-powered solutions for SMEs, including the Virtual C-Suite initiatives and the Virtual CFO experience. Sitting at the intersection of Applied AI, product strategy, customer engagement and go-to-market execution, you will translate customer needs into technical requirements and drive market adoption.

Qualifications

Experience with AI-powered products or Generative AI in a product/commercial role.
Strong AI concepts including LLMs, agentic AI, orchestration.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
Experience taking technology products to market and GTM.
Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering and sales teams.

Responsibilities

Lead regional commercialisation and deployment of AI solutions for SMEs.
Serve as AP SME expert for Applied AI across markets.
Collaborate with global product, engineering and AI teams to define requirements and roadmaps.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and market trends for new SME use cases.
Work with customers, partners and sales to articulate AI value and drive adoption.
Develop go-to-market and enablement strategies for successful launches.
Lead pilots and market enablement initiatives with customer feedback.
Explain AI concepts clearly to customers and stakeholders.
Coordinate with product, sales, services, partnerships and leadership to ensure execution.
Track adoption and refine positioning and priorities based on outcomes.
