Job summary

Mastercard in Singapore seeks a Director, Agent Pay Product & Solutions Lead to drive market development, product strategy, and commercialization of Agent Pay in Greater China. You will bridge Mastercard's AI and payments teams with issuers, merchants, fintechs, and platforms to deploy trusted payment experiences across domestic and cross-border use cases.

You will lead strategy, solution design, and pilot initiatives, shaping product requirements and ecosystem engagements while collaborating

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product management, digital payments, fintech, AI solutions, platform development, or leadership.
• Experience bringing products from concept to market deployment and adoption.
• Strong understanding of payments, digital commerce, authentication, APIs, digital identity, or AI technologies.
• Experience with senior external stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and executive storytelling in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Co-define and execute Agent Pay strategy and roadmap for Greater China.
• Translate global capabilities into locally relevant, scalable China-ready solutions.
• Identify opportunities in agentic commerce, AI-powered payments, digital identity, and auth.
• Shape requirements and concepts addressing local market needs and regulatory considerations.
• Lead discovery workshops, solution design, validation, and pilots.
• Support prototypes, market validation, and client-facing demos.
• Develop customer journeys, use cases, payment flows, and high-level architectures.
• Drive go-to-market strategies, value propositions, and adoption plans.
