• Experience driving new pipeline with CXOs and ITDM/BDMs through strategic planning and digital assets.
• Strong customer relationship-building and advocacy within organizations and across teams.
• Ability to surface decision-makers and coordinate with partners and v-teams.
• Experience engaging with C-Suite executives and driving customer satisfaction metrics.
• Forecasting sales revenue and managing territory and pipeline effectively.
• Leveraging partners to address customer needs and accelerate transformation.

Responsibilities

• Generate new pipeline by engaging CXOs, ITDMs and BDMs through planning and digital assets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and advocate for customers within the organization/Microsoft.
• Identify decision makers and coordinate with partners and v-teams to address needs.
• Engage with C-Suite executives; drive customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Forecast sales revenue and manage territory and pipeline across assigned accounts.
