Job summary

CNX is seeking a Professional, BI Specialist (TCF) to own reporting and analytics for OpenAI SMB and Ad Sales, partnering with sales leaders to turn acquisition, pipeline, and ad performance data into actionable insights.

You will design AI-powered workflows with ChatGPT, automate repetitive analysis, and deliver real-time intelligence that drives revenue and customer success, working from Salesforce, GA, and ad-platform data.

Qualifications

• Experience building BI reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with AI-powered analytics and workflows.
• Ability to integrate data from multiple sources (CRM, analytics, ad platforms).

Responsibilities

• Own reporting and analytics operations for OpenAI SMB and Ad Sales engagements.
• Design AI-powered analytics workflows using ChatGPT and other OpenAI tools.
• Analyze pipeline, CAC, win/loss, and provide segmentation for sales strategy.
• Own weekly dashboards, monthly revenue scorecards, and quarterly business reviews.
• Ingest data from Salesforce, GA, OpenAI APIs, and ad platforms; ensure data quality.
