Job summary

NCS is seeking a highly driven Presales Analytics Lead to join the NEXT Data team in Singapore. You will translate clients’ business strategy into data-focused solutions, blending AI/ML and BI to deliver measurable business impact.

You will coach Data & AI engineers, establish best practices, lead analytics workstreams on large projects, and shape proposals for multi-million SGD deals while partnering with clients up to the C-suite.

Qualifications

• 8+ years end-to-end analytics project experience.
• Presales experience developing proposals and closing multi-million SGD deals.
• Experience in SDLC for AI/ML and BI enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of Python, MLOps and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Leadership & Team Development for Data & AI engineers.
• Develop standards and best practices for analysis and ML engineering.
• Deliver strategic insights and narratives to clients including C-suite.
• Drive business development and client engagement on AI/ML/BI initiatives.
• Lead analytics workstreams on large-scale projects.
