Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in IT/Business.
• Highly comfortable with new software interfaces and AI tools.
• Familiarity with JSON, APIs, and workflow automation.
• Proactive, digital-first mindset with ability to troubleshoot CRM/ERP issues.
• Excellent data-entry and multi-department tech-request tracking.

Responsibilities

• AI Tool Utilization: Use and support deployment of large language models for tasks and administration.
• Workflow Monitoring: Help monitor automated pipelines for seamless data flow between internal systems.
• IT & Systems Support: Frontline IT assistance including task scheduling and basic admin of workstations.
• Data Extraction & Operations: Support web scraping to gather market intelligence for brand team.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Interface between marketing, sales, and operations for CRM and AI platforms.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain SOPs, setup commands, and technical docs for AI frameworks.
