Responsibilities

• LLM Evaluation & Deployment: benchmark and deploy language models tailored for local hardware and enterprise use cases.
• Agentic Workflow Automation: configure and maintain AI agent frameworks to orchestrate multi-step tasks.
• Pipeline Engineering: build data pipelines connecting AI models with CRMs, ERPs, and databases.
• Data Extraction & Web Scraping: use tools to extract POI data and monitor trends for brand analysis.
• Infrastructure Support: maintain containerized environments (Docker) and multi-user workstations.
• Database Management: assist in configuring and querying vector databases (pgvector) for RAG.

Job Title: Junior AI Specialist

Department: Technology / AI Operations

Reports To: Managing Director / Head of Technology

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Junior AI Specialist to support the integration of artificial intelligence into our core business operations. In this role, you will assist in evaluating, deploying, and managing localized large language models (LLMs) and autonomous agent frameworks. You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI research and practical enterprise applications, helping to build automated workflows that drive efficiency across marketing, data extraction, and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities

• LLM Evaluation & Deployment: Assist in benchmarking and deploying both open-weight and proprietary language models (e.g., Qwen, DeepSeek, GLM-5.2, Claude, and Gemini) tailored for local hardware and specific enterprise use cases.
• Agentic Workflow Automation: Help configure and maintain AI agent frameworks (such as OpenClaw, NanoClaw, Hermes Agent, and Claude Code) to orchestrate complex, multi-step software tasks.
• Pipeline Engineering: Build and manage data integration pipelines using workflow automation tools like n8n to connect AI models with CRM systems (e.g., Twenty CRM), ERPs, and internal databases.
• Data Extraction & Web Scraping: Utilize tools like Firecrawl or Apify to systematically extract point-of-interest data and monitor social media trends for brand and demographic analysis.
• Infrastructure Support: Support the maintenance of containerized environments (Docker) and centralized multi-user workstations (Proxmox VE, Parsec) required for resource-intensive AI operations.
• Database Management: Assist in configuring and querying vector databases, particularly PostgreSQL utilizing pgvector, to support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Programming: Proficiency in Python, with a solid understanding of API integrations, JSON, and RESTful architectures.
• AI/ML Foundations: A strong foundational understanding of natural language processing (NLP), prompting techniques, and the operational differences between various LLM architectures.
• Problem Solving: A highly analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot hardware configurations, VRAM limitations, and container deployment issues.

Preferred Tech Stack Experience

• Workflow & Orchestration: n8n, Tavily, Google Antigravity.
• Infrastructure: Docker, Proxmox VE hypervisors, Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Databases: PostgreSQL (specifically with pgvector extensions).
• Project Management: Jira, ClickUp.
