Job summary

House of Amber Nectar Pte Ltd is seeking a highly adaptable Junior Executive to bridge business operations with our evolving tech stack. You will work hands-on with AI tools, monitor data pipelines, and support IT systems, aiming to boost efficiency across commercial workflows.

Ideal candidates hold a diploma or bachelor’s in IT/business, are comfortable with AI prompts, and can quickly learn JSON and APIs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business IT/IS/BA or related field.
• Must be highly comfortable navigating new software interfaces and using AI as a daily productivity tool.
• Familiarity with JSON, basic API concepts, and workflow automation logic.
• Proactive, digital-first mindset with trouble-shooting abilities in CRM/ERP/communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Actively use and support deployment of large language models for daily tasks and content generation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automated business pipelines to ensure data flow between internal systems.
• Provide frontline IT support including task scheduling via Jira and ClickUp, and admin of multi-seat workstations.
