AI & DATA ROBOTICS | GLOBAL OPERATIONS PROGRAM MANAGER

We are working with a fast-growing international AI Data Simulation Technology Company operating at the intersection of AI, data and robotics as it builds out internationally with Singapore as one part of its global operations.

We are looking for an experienced operations professional who enjoys building and scaling operations, rather than simply running an established playbook. This is a hands‑on role with a broad mandate. You will help turn evolving and complex operational activities into structured, repeatable systems that can be deployed across different countries, teams and external partners.

• Help design the operating framework required to support international growth, such as developing processes, playbooks, quality standards, training and partner-enablement programmes that allow operations to scale without compromising execution.
• Work with external partners and vendors to accelerate onboarding, improve delivery capabilities and establish consistent operating standards across markets.
• Partner closely with Operations, Product, Engineering and AI teams, translating changing business and technology requirements into practical operating solutions.
• Use data to identify bottlenecks, improve quality and productivity, and continuously refine how the organisation operates as it scales.

Your current title in your technology function could be Data Operations Manager, Program Manager, Regional Operations Manager, Operations Excellence Manager or something entirely different. More important is what you have actually built, such as:

• Building and scaling operations across multiple markets
• Developing SOPs, playbooks, training or operational frameworks
• Managing or enabling external vendors and distributed teams
• Using data to improve quality, productivity and delivery
• Leading complex cross‑functional projects
• Working in fast‑moving technology environments

You should be:

• Experienced in AI training data, data collection, data annotation, robotics, autonomous systems or other large‑scale technology operations would be particularly relevant, although direct AI experience is not essential.
• Comfortable working in English across international teams. Some spoken Mandarin will be helpful in interaction with cross border work. Some international travel will be required.
• AI-native, comfortable using LLMs, AI agents and automation tools as part of how you work.
