Role Overview

We are looking for a highly adaptable, AI and IT-savvy Junior Executive to bridge the gap between our daily business operations and our rapidly evolving technology stack. In this role, you will provide critical hands-on support for both commercial workflows and digital infrastructure. You will not just be doing standard administrative work; you will be actively utilizing advanced language models, monitoring automated data pipelines, and supporting centralized IT systems. This is an ideal launchpad for a tech-forward professional who is eager to learn and operate within a modern, AI-enhanced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Tool Utilization: Actively use and support the deployment of large language models (e.g., Gemini, Claude, Qwen, DeepSeek) for daily operational tasks, content generation, and administrative efficiency.
• Workflow Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting automated business pipelines (built on n8n) to ensure seamless data flow between internal databases, SAP Business One, and Twenty CRM.
• IT & Systems Support: Provide frontline assistance in managing our internal IT ecosystem, including task scheduling via Jira and ClickUp, and basic administration of multi-seat workstation environments (Proxmox VE, ASTER Pro).
• Data Extraction & Operations: Support the technology team in running web scraping operations using tools like Firecrawl or Apify to gather market intelligence and point-of-interest data for the brand team.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a digital liaison between marketing, sales, and operations, ensuring that all teams are effectively utilizing the company's CRM and AI concierge platforms (e.g., JINRO.sg).
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain and update standard operating procedures, system setup commands, and technical documentation for our AI frameworks and software platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business IT, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• AI & IT Savviness (Core Requirement): Must be highly comfortable navigating new software interfaces, understanding basic prompt engineering, and utilizing AI as a daily productivity tool.
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with or a strong willingness to quickly learn JSON, basic API concepts, and workflow automation logic.
• Problem Solving: A proactive, digital-first mindset with the ability to troubleshoot minor technical glitches in CRM, ERP, or communication platforms before escalating to senior engineers.
• Organization: Excellent attention to detail for managing data entry and tracking multi-departmental tech requests.

Preferred Tech Stack Exposure

• Enterprise Software: SAP Business One, Twenty CRM, Jira, ClickUp.
