Job summary

You will work with internal teams and external vendors, using tools like Canva, Excel and ChatGPT to improve productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree required.
• No experience required.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Comfortable using Canva, ChatGPT and other basic business tools.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Interest in AI, automation and technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, proposals, reports and client materials; assist with sales coordination.
• Support daily business operations, reports, trackers, documentation and admin matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on tasks, projects, meetings and activities.
• Research vendors, compare quotations, and assist with vendor communication.
