Job summary
Base Camp Digital is seeking a seasoned Technical Account Manager in Singapore to serve as the trusted technical advisor for established customers. This hands-on role blends deep technical conversations with coordination across product, engineering, and support teams to drive real customer outcomes.

Qualifications
- Proven TAM or Solutions Architect experience.
- Fluent English and Mandarin.
- Strong relationship-building with deep technical knowledge.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and AI/ML/LLM tech.
- Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to technical contact for established customers and resolve issues beyond standard support.
- Partner with Customer Success, Support, PM, and Product Engineering to keep customers running smoothly.
- Help customers and Sales size and scope infrastructure for demanding AI workloads.
- Guide customers through technical reviews, capacity planning, performance monitoring, and system health checks.
- Coordinate critical incident escalations and customer onboarding handovers.
