Job summary

Base Camp Digital PTE Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as the trusted technical advisor for established customers. This hands-on role pairs deep technical discussions with coordinating across product, engineering, and support to ensure success.

You will work at the intersection of AI infrastructure and real customer outcomes, guiding reviews, capacity planning, and system health checks while partnering with CS, Support, PM, and Engineering to keep customers

Qualifications

Proven TAM or Solutions Architect experience.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Strong customer relationship skills.
Deep technical understanding of cloud infrastructure and AI/ML/LLM technologies.
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (CS, Support, PM, Product Eng).

Responsibilities

Serve as the go-to technical contact for established customers, resolving issues beyond standard support.
Partner with CS, Support, PM, and Product Eng to keep customers running smoothly.
Help customers size and scope infrastructure for demanding AI workloads.
Guide customers through technical reviews, capacity planning, performance monitoring, and health checks.
Coordinate incident escalations and onboarding handovers.
