Job summary

Sharon AI, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor for customers across Singapore and the APAC region.

You will work with Customer Success Managers, BAU Support, Project Management and Product Engineering to guide AI workloads, size resources and monitor infrastructure health. You will engage directly with customer engineering teams, translating complex AI infrastructure requirements into practical outcomes, in English and Mandarin, and help drive

Qualifications

• Experience in a Technical Account Manager or Solutions Architect role.
• Strong relationship management.
• Fluent English and Mandarin.
• Understanding of cloud services and ML/AI technologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework.
• Experience in Neocloud, HPC, cloud, infrastructure or MSP environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with established customers on technical issues.
• Serve as the first point of contact for technical questions outside BAU.
• Collaborate with operations, BAU support, product engineering and architects.
• Support escalation of critical incidents with BAU teams.
• Coordinate onboarding handovers with Project Management.
• Assist customers and Sales with sizing and resource requirements.
• Work with Solution Architects on capacity growth and system health reviews.
