Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in AI governance, model risk management, technology risk, compliance, audit, analytics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of AI, ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support AI governance across the Group, ensuring responsible, transparent deployment of AI solutions.
• Work with model developers, technology teams, and business users to implement governance controls and guardrails throughout the AI lifecycle.
• Assist in governance reviews, risk assessments, inventory management, and documentation reviews to ensure standards compliance.
• Coordinate with validators, auditors, compliance and regulators, tracking findings and supporting timely closure of governance actions.
• Monitor emerging AI regulations and best practices to continuously enhance governance standards.
• Provide secretariat support to key governance committees, including meeting coordination and tracking outcomes.
