Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking a Model Risk and AI Governance professional to support governance across the Group. You will work with business, technology and risk stakeholders to ensure responsible, compliant AI deployment and governance controls throughout the AI lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in AI governance or related fields, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with data analytics tools. The role offers a hybrid work model and competitive base salary in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in AI governance, model risk management, technology risk, compliance, audit, analytics, or related field.
• Basic understanding of AI, ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI with interest in responsible AI adoption.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks and regulatory requirements is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and clear communication skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Support governance review of AI use cases and assess guardrails and risks.
• Collaborate with model developers and risk, tech, and business teams to implement governance controls.
• Assist governance reviews, risk assessments, inventory management, and documentation.
• Coordinate with validators, auditors, compliance, and regulators; track findings and closures.
• Monitor emerging AI regulations and contribute to governance standards.
• Provide secretariat support to governance committees and track actions.
