Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking a capable professional to advance AI governance and model risk management across the Group. You will work with risk, technology, and business teams to implement guardrails for GenAI and Agentic AI, and support governance reviews and documentation throughout the AI lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to regulatory alignment and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in AI governance, model risk management, or related fields.
• Knowledge of GenAI, Agentic AI concepts, and data governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support governance reviews of AI use cases and risk assessments across teams.
• Collaborate with model developers, risk, and compliance to implement guardrails.
• Monitor regulatory developments and maintain governance documentation.
• Coordinate with validators, auditors, and regulators and track remediation actions.
