OCBC Group in Singapore seeks an AVP in Model Risk and AI Governance to advance governance for AI assets, including GenAI and Agentic AI. You will work with risk, business, and technology teams to implement controls, reviews, and secretariat support across governance committees.

You will engage stakeholders, manage multiple workstreams, and stay current with evolving regulatory guidelines to strengthen the Group's AI governance framework.

Qualificações

• 4-8 years of experience in AI governance or related fields.
• Familiarity with model risk, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with clear communications.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor AI governance across the Group to assess guardrails and risks.
• Collaborate with model developers,技ology and risk teams to implement controls.
• Support governance reviews, risk assessments, and documentation.
• Secretariat support for governance committees and action tracking.
