Job summary

OCBC Bank seeks an experienced professional to develop and sustain its AI governance framework, focusing on the AI and model inventory system across the Group. You will design scalable infrastructure and collaborate with risk, compliance, and IT teams to ensure robust governance of Generative AI and related assets.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in developing systems, supporting model risk management, or related fields.
• Experience in process re-engineering or optimisation is a plus.
• Proficient in building small, scalable applications using Power BI and SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, design, and enhance the AI and model inventory system to support AI governance across the Group.
• Develop streamlined processes to improve productivity and ensure governance compliance.
• Support integration of automated tools and workflows to enhance transparency and traceability of AI assets.
