Job summary

Freshworks in Singapore is seeking a Solution Engineer to join our high-growth GTM team, focusing on ITOM solutions for enterprise customers. You will collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand complex requirements and translate them into compelling product demonstrations.

You will present Freshworks ITOM capabilities, articulate value to diverse stakeholders, and help advance several deals each month.

Qualifications

6-8 years of experience in Solution Engineering and/or IT Operations.
Excellent soft skills and presentation abilities.
Ability to work on cross-functional teams to address business and technical challenges.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Deep knowledge of ITOM/ITAM domains; familiarity with ServiceNow, BMC, Lansweeper.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with our Enterprise customers to identify and address their most critical business challenges.
Supporting the sales team by conducting discovery calls and delivering product demonstrations for active deals.
Gathering requirements effectively to clearly define customer problems.
Building and presenting compelling demonstrations of Freshworks ITOM products.
Articulating the value of Freshworks solutions to a variety of audiences.
Embracing lifelong learning and continuously developing your skills.
Evangelizing the refreshing user experience offered by the Freshworks platform.
