Job summary

ST Engineering Info-Security Pte. Ltd seeks an Observability Engineer with 3-4 years of experience in enterprise monitoring, observability, ITOM, ITSM, or infrastructure operations. You will implement, configure, and support observability, monitoring, CMDB, and asset management solutions.

You will engage in customer POCs, demonstrations, solution implementation, troubleshooting, and provide operational support while collaborating with senior engineers and solution architects.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in observability, enterprise monitoring, ITOM, ITSM, or infrastructure operations.
• Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise monitoring/observability platform.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, and Service Mapping.
• Exposure to monitoring and incident management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain enterprise monitoring and observability solutions.
• Configure monitoring for servers, network devices, applications, databases, storage, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure.
• Configure events, alerts, dashboards, reports, and service health views.
• Integrate monitoring with ITSM solutions for automated incident creation and updates.
• Develop basic automation scripts and support integrations between platforms.
