Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Support professional in Singapore to assist end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing through onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate candidate data in SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, offers, onboarding, and contributing to employer branding and talent initiatives. Experience with ATS and AI-powered sourcing is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, role expectations, and recruitment timelines.
• Manage talent pipelines and maintain timely communication and positive candidate experience.
• Maintain candidate records in recruitment systems including SAP SuccessFactors and other ATS platforms.
• Coordinate pre-employment processes and onboarding documentation for a seamless experience.
• Participate in employer branding, career fairs, networking events, and talent attraction activities.
• Utilize AI-powered tools and data-driven sourcing to identify high-quality candidates.
• Leverage automation tools and standardized communication templates to improve efficiency.
• Support digital Talent Acquisition solutions, including ATS improvements, dashboards, and chatbot technologies.
• Identify and drive process improvements to streamline hiring operations and scalability.
• Contribute to AI-enabled Talent Acquisition playbooks, sourcing strategies, and workflow guidelines.
