Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience; relevant certifications preferred.
• 6+ years managing enterprise SharePoint and SQL Server environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online and on-premises deployments.
• Experience with hybrid environments and migration strategies.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting with PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint farms, site collections, and governance.
• Manage SQL Server environments supporting SharePoint; monitor performance.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and reporting.
• Ensure security, least-privilege access, and compliance with policies.
• Provide on-call support and incident response; drive problem resolution.
• Collaborate with security teams on risk mitigation and DR planning.
