Job summary
Eligo Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator / Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Singapore. You will coordinate inquiries, optimize quote-to-order cycles, and manage sales fulfillment through SAP ERP and AI-assisted productivity tools.
In a tech-forward SME environment, you will support the sales process with precision, ensure data hygiene, and collaborate with warehousing, logistics, and customer-facing teams to deliver timely, accurate quotes and orders.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field.
- Comfortable using AI tools to increase efficiency.
- Experience with SAP ERP or similar enterprise ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; customer service mindset.
- Collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate local and overseas inquiries and prepare quotations.
- Enter orders in SAP ERP and validate specs, pricing, and terms.
- Track orders from processing to delivery and update stakeholders.
- Support procurement and logistics with PO issuance and supplier coordination.
- Maintain data hygiene by logging interactions and updates.
