is seeking an enthusiastic AI & Automation Intern to support the core AI & Automation team in building AI-powered automated solutions and agentic workflows that boost productivity. You will gain hands-on exposure to emerging AI technologies, workflow automation, and stakeholder engagement within a professional services setting, collaborating with end users and senior tech staff to translate needs into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a diploma or degree in IT/CS/AI/Data Analytics or related field.
• Familiarity with foundational AI tools and concepts (inference engines, transformer architecture).
• Basic software engineering knowledge including APIs, webhooks, databases, Node.js and Next.js.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with enthusiasm for learning and engaging with users.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI and automation solutions using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Python, and local LLMs.
• Design and generate engaging dashboards to report solution progress and business metrics dynamically.
• Work closely with end users, stakeholders, and senior Technology team members to understand and translate business needs.
• Document workflows and solutions, and provide user training where required.

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and proactive AI & Automation Intern to support the core AI & Automation team in developing AI-powered automated solutions, creating agentic workflows, and building AI tools to improve productivity. This internship offers hands-on exposure to problem-solving, emerging AI technologies, workflow automation, and stakeholder engagement within a professional services environment.

This role sits within the AI & Automation department.
