Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a technical discipline.
Internship experience in HR, data analytics or BI is advantageous.
Demonstrated academic or project experience with data analysis and visualization.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

AI and Data Management: manage AI-powered platforms and dashboards; develop auto-proof concepts; create knowledge base and training materials; refresh talent data on GCP.
Systems Integration & Automation: assist HiBob configurations via API/Webhook; map processes and identify automation opportunities; support global payroll data mapping; collaborate on HRIS projects.
