Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications or related disciplines.
• Highly motivated learner with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SharePoint/PowerBI or AI tools would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supporting HR programs and activities across onboarding, learning and employee engagement initiatives.
• Reviewing and enhancing HR content to improve employee experience and accessibility of information.
• Assisting in developing and maintaining HR dashboards, analytics and reporting tools using PowerBI.
• Exploring opportunities to leverage AI and digital solutions to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Supporting the review and update of HR policies, procedures and documentation and other projects as assigned.
