Qualifications

• Proven track record building a paid media or SEO growth channel from scratch in an international market.
• Deep fluency in at least two of: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads or SEO/SEM — with genuine methodology.
• Strong grasp of auction mechanics, ranking algorithms and traffic distribution logic across major overseas media platforms.
• Comfortable with data: attribution, cohort analysis, ROI decomposition and budget efficiency.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents or automation tools to multiply output.

Responsibilities

• Build the paid media and SEO growth engine from 0 to 1 — channel selection, account setup, creative testing, keyword strategy, landing page optimisation, attribution modelling and performance review cadences.
• Scale efficiently once validated: continuously optimise budget allocation, channel mix, creative supply and conversion funnels.
• Develop and refine ad creatives, copy, keywords and conversion paths based on deep understanding of users, product, market dynamics and competitive landscape.
• Drive growth across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads and organic search — with a clear point of view on how each channel works and where the leverage is.
• Think across the full growth loop, not just individual accounts or isolated metrics — connect acquisition, activation and retention into a coherent picture.
• Proactively deploy AI and Agent tools to automate repetitive work: creative generation, keyword research, data analysis, reporting and competitor monitoring.
